OUR APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Think you’ve got what it takes? Hit ‘Apply now’ to, well, apply now.
2. Pre-screening call to establish culture fit and core values: We want to see if they resonate with us as people and whether you’ll be a good fit. If you’re friendly, fun and energetic, you’ll be fine.
3. Role competency, including interview & task assessment: If we think you’re a good match, we’ll invite you over for rigorous questions and ask you to do a super difficult task.
Just kidding - we’ll set you a role-related task based on what skills we want to test you on, then invite you in for a chat with the hiring manager to discuss the task, ask questions and give answers to any queries you may have. This is your chance to impress, and your chance to potentially catch a glimpse of some office dogs…
4. Final stage - meet director/owner: You’ve smashed it so far, but now it’s boss time. Don’t be afraid, though - our CEO personally chats with potential employees to double check they’re a perfect fit.
5. You’ve got the job!: Congrats on making it as a fully-fledged D&B’er, this is where the hard (fun!) work really begins.

Where are you based?
D&B HQ is located in London, with our global team stretching out to the US & Australia, too!
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Working hours?
9-5, like Dolly Parton said, so it’s easy to remember.
Hybrid working?
Minimum 2x a week in the office, working from home for the rest of the week.
What to wear?
Be yourself! We encourage you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in (within reason, obviously).
